Cancelled Games and Practices:

Coaches/Managers are to notify the Ice Scheduler Doug Beckett by email at [email protected] about any scheduling changes for practices and games and cc by email our Local League Convenor Colleen Baker at [email protected]

The decision to cancel games for safety reasons is up to the travelling team. You need to give a minimum of 4 hours notice to cancel. You must also get a response and confirmation back. If you have any questions please contact Local League Convenor Colleen Baker at [email protected]

Failure to follow this procedure may result in fines and payment of fees to the home centre paid out of your pocket!
