Lefroy Ice Breakers Tournament - Peewee LL Champions!
Submitted By Yvonne Jones on Sunday, January 27, 2019
This past weekend the Centennials Peewee LL2 played and won their Third tournament of the season.

Their first victory came Friday morning over East Gwilliumbury Eagles 3 team 7-0.  They played again Friday night against East Gwillumbury Eagles 4 with yet another outstanding victory of 7-1!

After a crazy night of snowfall the Centennials played Saturday morning beating the Lefroy Ice Breakers 1 6-1.  Which secured them a top spot in the tournament having 20 goals and only 2 against.

They played the 4th placed team, East Gwilliumbury Egales 4 early Sunday morning with a 10-4 win, they headed off to the Championships.

The Championship game was battled hard by both teams, but the Centennials got their victory over a very talented Lambton Shores Black team.  The final score after some outstanding goal-tending from both teams was 4-3!  Well done gentleman!  You have all once again represented your home town, coaches and family members with respect, dignity and outstanding leadership.

Congratulations on winning your Third Championship of the season!
The coaching staff and parents are all very proud of all their hard work this season!
