The Scotiabank Centennials traveled to Wellesley this past weekend to take part in the Richard Vollmer Memorial LL Tournament.
On Friday, they began play with a strong 6-1 win over the hometown Twin Centre Stars, but fell short on Saturday in a close 4-3 lose to Lambton Shores.
After a night of fun and rest, the Centennials won 4 GAMES STRAIGHT Sunday, with little rest between games. They secured their spot in the final, and avenged their earlier tournament lose to Lambton Shores, with a 2-1 Championship Win!
