Novice Rep, MMHA 2014-2015 (Midland Minor Hockey Association)

The Novice Rep team travelled to Stirling with a 2 game lead in the series Saturday. The boys were hoping to close it out in Game 3.

It has been an amazing weekend for these young boys.  They have worked extremely hard to reach the OMHA Finals against the Stirling Blues. In front of two huge home crowds these players made all Midland extremely proud. Not only through competition, but also great sportsmanship. 

The Huronia Steel Sales Novice Rep team eliminated the Huntsville Otters 6 points to none on Friday night to reach the OMHA Finals. 

The Huronia Steel Sales Midland Centennials Novice Rep Team made it to the semi-final round of the International Silver Stick in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, January 23-25.  Team members all contributed to some great hockey including a quarter final win over the West London Hawks on Saturday night.  Many thanks to all the supporters including the Bob Merkley Silver Stick Committee and Midland Minor Hockey Association.

The Huronia Steel Sales Novice Rep Centennials went undefeated to win the Jim Wilson Chevrolet Winter Classic last weekend in Orillia. The team beat Innisfil 6-1 to capture the A championship. The victory followed earlier wins over Orillia (4-2), Innisfil (10-0) and Whitby (9-0).
