Novice LL 2, MMHA 2014-2015 (Midland Minor Hockey Association)

The Dodge Caravan Kids LL2 team went undefeated over the weekend.  Competing in the Pizza Pizza  tournament in Whitby, Midland defeated Penetang 3 - 0, Whitby Northstars 9 - 0 and the Napanne Stars 6 - 3.  MMHA should be proud of the way the boys conducted themselves both on and off the ice over the weekend.  They were positive ambassadors of the organization all season long. Congratulations boys on a another great tournament and a fantastic season!

Congratulations to the Dodge Caravan Novice LL2 team for their convincing Winterfest tournament win on Saturday.  The boys defeated Barrie Red 4 – 2; TNT 10 – 0 and Innisfil Winterhawks 5 – 2 in the championship game.

Our Novice LL 2 team played in the Lefroy Novice Hockey Tournament over this past weekend.The team went undefeated beating the NobleKings Knights 2 – 1 in their opening game, tying Ennismore Eagles 3 – 3 in their second game and then defeating a powerful Manvers Mustang team 3 – 2 in overtime in the final.  It’s not that surprising when you consider that the team’s motto is to 1. Have fun, 2. Try your best, 3.  Listen to the coaches and 4.  You win as a team and you lose as a team.  Well today, the boy’s did all four and came away champions of the Lefroy Tournament! Congratulations everyone.
