2020/21 Midland Minor Hockey Lottery Rules of Play

The tickets will be available for purchase from any of Midland Minor Hockey players’ parents

A total of 2,300 tickets are available. The cost of the tickets are $10.00 each.

Tickets may be sold to residents of Ontario.


Anyone can purchase the tickets as long as they live in Ontario and must be 18 years of age or older. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor’s parents, legal guardian or trustee. Know your limit play with in it.


The odds of winning are 1 in 2,300 to win a cash prize. Actual odds are dependent on the number of tickets sold.


Prizes are awarded tax free in Canada. The price of tickets is not deductible as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada.


Cut-off times for ticket sales are at 11:59 on November 30th, 2020. All ticket stubs, money, and left over tickets needs to be returned by December 1, 2020. The final draw for all prizes will be held at 7:00 PM on December 8th, 2020. The draw will take place at the North Simcoe Recreational Centre at 527 Len Self Blvd, Midland Ontario

L4R 5N6. Only tickets that have been paid for and/or verified as paid are eligible to be entered in the draw(s). The tickets will be picked from a 3rd party.


There are 15 cash prize(s) available to be won.

The total of the prizes are $6,500.00.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed within one (1) year of the draw date.

Winners of a prize will be required to sign a “Receipt of Prize” and consent to the release of their names by the Licensee.

All winners will be contacted by the phone number provided. The winner’s names will also be posted on the Midland Minor Hockey Website.

When the winning ticket is picked it will not be put back in to the draw.


We respect your privacy. The Midland Minor Hockey Association protects personal information and adheres to all legislative requirements with respect to privacy. We do not rent, sell, or trade our mailing lists. Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to deliver services and keep you informed on activities of the Midland Minor Hockey Association including programs, services, special-events, funding needs, opportunities to volunteer or give and more, through periodic contacts.
