Bob Beaumont Peewee LL Tournament Champions!!
The Templeton Windows Peewee LL #1 team traveled to Parry Sound this weekend for their second tournament of the year. They started their tournament with a 10-0 win against Barrie Colts on Friday evening. Saturday brought more round robin success with a 6-4 victory over Parry Sound and a 9-0 win over Huntsville HRC.
Sunday's semi final game brought a 4-1 victory over Huntsville MSD sending the Templeton Windows Peewee LL #1 team into the tournament championship game.
A hard fought final against Parry Sound had the two teams tied 1-1 after regulation time. The two teams continued to battle for 6 two-minute overtime periods of hockey until a shot from the slot claimed victory for Midland!
The coaching staff and parents are very proud of the team's outstanding effort in every game this weekend. Great job, a well earned win!
