MMHA Alumni drafted to the OHL
Submitted By Mark Dininio on Monday, June 3, 2019
The next chapters in two outstanding hockey careers have begun!  The MMHA would like to congratulate two former Midland Centennials, Ethan Larmand and Brett Bressette, on being drafted into the OHL this spring.

Both members of the North Central Predators for the past several years, Ethan was drafted 26th overall to the Sudbury Wolves while Brett went 65th overall to the Erie Otters.

For more info about Ethan's recent signing with the Sudbury Wolves, please visit https://www.sudbury.com/sports/second-round-pick-ethan-larmand-commits-to-the-wolves-1457945.

For more info about Brett's amazing recovery from a gruesome injury to finishing out a solid season and getting selected by the Erie Otters, please visit https://www.simcoe.com/community-story/9297734-ohl-s-erie-otters-take-a-chance-on-midland-s-brett-bressette/.

Both players have had outstanding minor hockey careers leading several successful Midland Centennials championship teams before moving on to play AAA with the North Central Predators.

The entire MMHA wishes both young men nothing but the best in pursuing the next step in their hockey careers.  We look forward to hopefully seeing you play against each other in an OHL arena one day!

Good luck Ethan and Brett!
