The Midland Legion Branch 80 Midgets travelled to Georgian Shores this past weekend to compete in their fall classic hockey tournament.
Midland defeated TCDMHA in the Friday night tilt 5-0. After securing the win the Midgets would face off against Muskoka in the early morning game. They would skate away with 4-0 victory. The Midgets then had to face Almaguin. They defeated Almaguin 1-0, securing a place in the championship game.
In the Championship, Midland beat Collingwood 5-0. Midland Legion Branch 80 Midgets never allowed a goal to be scored all weekend with 4 straight shut-outs!
